Refund & cancellation policy

Because ebooks are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once the download is available.

If you were charged but did not receive your download, or the file is damaged, use the contact page within 7 days and we will fix it or issue a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
